Class-oriented programming of (legacy) JS frameworks

Some frameworks already provide some kind of class-oriented programming. DojoToolkit is one of these (http://dojotoolkit.org/documentation/tutorials/1.8/declare/) but also ExtJS or YUI.

How TypeScript classes can be used and mixed with the libraries ones?

This largely depends on how different a library's style of simulating classes is from TypeScript.  This may be temporary mismatch, as ECMAScript 6 will likely have its own class definition, which libraries may choose to adapt to (as would TypeScript when outputting ES6 code).
