Class - method, property list in Visual Studio missing when "export" is used

export class ComponentType {

    public nextBit = 1;
    public nextId = 0;

    private _bit;
    private _id;

    constructor() {

    init() {
        this._bit = this.nextBit;
        this.nextBit = this.nextBit << 1;
        this._id = this.nextId++;

    public get Bit() {
        return this._bit;

    public get Id() {
        return this._id;

So for example this class or any other generic Typescript class in Visual Studio shows the class definitions in the current file and also all the methods and properties BUT
if we add the export keyword as shown above there is no class/methods/properties list in the dropdown for the current file.

I don't know if this is TS, VS or WebEssetial stuff so i post here and not in the issue tracker.
