TypeScript Console is a bare-bones Chrome extension that allows one to execute TypeScript to the console. It is split into two Ace editors -- TypeScript on the right, JavaScript on the left. Typing into the TypeScript editor automatically interrupts it to JavaScript. Hitting 'CTRL+Enter' executes the code.

I'll definitely give it a shot once you've added all the features you plan to.

If I could make a suggestion, I'd say to try and make the keyboard shortcuts as close to the Chrome console as possible. Chrome executes the code on Enter and requires you to do Shift + Enter for a newline. Making it behave differently from Chrome's console makes switching between the two editors during daily work that much harder.
