Can an interface extend multiple interfaces in declaration?

I'm getting this compiler error with the most recent posted jquery.d.ts. Is this a valid error? Are others seeing this? I don't think there is an easy workaround?
Error 1 Interface 'JQueryEventObject' cannot simultaneously extend types 'BaseJQueryEventObject' and 'JQueryInputEventObject': C:/XXX/Scripts/App/tsDefs/jquery.d.ts 192 11 CircuitWeb
this is the line from jquery.d.ts that causes the above error:
interface JQueryEventObject extends BaseJQueryEventObject, JQueryInputEventObject, JQueryMouseEventObject, JQueryKeyEventObject, JQueryPopStateEventObject {
}

I have jquery.d.ts referenced in my project and it doesn't cause any such errors. I'm still on 0.8.3.1 though.

I'm seeing this, too. Copying over to the issue tracker.
