Omitting members / types from the declaration

I appreciate that we can't have 'internal' members in TypeScript, but when creating libraries to be used in other projects, it'd be handy to omit members from the declaration file so they don't show up in Intellisense. Perhaps some kind of magic comment that tsc.exe can recognise.

Or perhaps there is something already there for this?

Unfortunately there's not currently any way to do this automatically. The .d.ts will always simply reflect the public surface area of the .ts file. Your only option at the moment is to manually remove items from the .d.ts before publishing/sharing it.
