__extend multiple declaration

Hey!

We're playing around with typescript and really like it :) Because typescript is now 1.0 (TypeScript 1.0 Released) I wanted to ask if there is a way to define __extend only once and not in every file where inheritance is used. I know that everything works fine if you compile your typescript code to one big js file but we want to create several packages and not only one giant file. We lazy load the parts of the code which are needed. So there are many __extend declarations. We don't like that and also we have similar issues as mentioned in the following stackoverflow thread
Whats the best idea to solve this problem?

Bye and thanks

There's a workitem out for this: https://typescript.codeplex.com/workitem/2002

Thanks for the pointer! I think this would solve our problem.
