Compiling definition files

I am attempting to compile a series of .d.ts files into one for deployment. Some of these .d.ts files are code generated from a C# library, others are defined in my TS project. I then compile them all into one .d.ts file for consumption. However with the release of TS 1.0 I am getting 'Duplicate Identifier' errors on build because the compiled .d.ts and the original .d.ts files live within the same folder structure. Any thoughts on how to work around this issue?

Nevermind, I found a lingering reference to the .d.ts file that was generating the errors.

What do you use to compile the declaration files into one file? By hand or do you have tooling for it?

I use a simple ps1 script that recurses through all of the .d.ts files and combines them.
