You are using an old version of linq.js.d.ts which will stack-overflow. And if you use VS2012, a tsc stack overflow will infinite-loop the process.

Either use the newest version from linqjs or from LINQ-to-TypeScript.

Strange. Stack overflow on me also. I remember it compiled. But that was quite a few versions back. Oh well.

You can use the definitions at LINQ-to-TypeScript. It should work because I use it myself...

Of course, I can use it. And I use it. But I think the problem is related to compiler. So if developers already know about the problem in compiler, the issue could be closed as duplicate.
