Breakpoints in TS files and Chrome Canary not working as a week or two ago

I kept updating the compiler and i think the Google Chrome Canary was also updated meanwhile.

The idea is that when i try to add a breakpoint in TS file, it is visible but execution does not stop at it.

In order to make it work, i have to put a breakpoint in the JS code, and the debugger will stop in the corresponding line of the TS file. That is, Chrome automatically puts the TS file in foreground and shows the TS line.

Does anybody else have this problem?

I am experiencing the same problem with VS2012 debugging while the app is running in IE10. If I set a breakpoint in the TypeScript code, the marker in the margin is a hollow circle with the tool-tip "Breakpoint will not be hit... no symbols loaded..."

I hope in a (near) future version it will be possible to set the breakpoints in the TS files directly.
