Performance improvements for TypeScript 0.9.1 on Node/V8 and JScript9

I use the tsc on both Node/V8 and JScript9. The V8 version is that what npm install typescript installs and the JScript9 version is extracted from the Visual Studio installer for TypeScript (namely tsc.exe and tschost.dll) .

The compilation takes ~2.1 secs (0.9.1) and ~3.7 secs ( with the V8 and JScript9 versions on my machine for the simple HttpServer example from the TypeScript source distribution.

That is a nice improvement for me. I hope the performance improves even more with newer releases, maybe with a smarter compiler, a faster JavaScript engine (I use the tschost.dll from TypeScript; not sure if there were improvements) or incremential compilation for the command line (never used the Visual Studio version).
