Should we keep generated '.js' and '' files out of source control system keep the repository clean and free of noise? Can you recommend the best practice?

Some users may keep them in source control, but we're currently recommending people not to put their .js and in source control and instead treat them like would a .dll or .exe file. They should be generated fresh from the .ts source each time to prevent them from getting out of sync.
