Is there a way to use the instance of the TypeScript language service that is running in VS2012?

I wish I could leverage the TypeScript service that is sits inside the VS2012 and let my code generator ask it a few questions.

Is there a way to do that?

I know I can start a separate process and host a different instance of such service there, but I don't want to do it this way because it's very expensive to have 2 services for a large project.

The language service does not have extensibility support today. I would be interested to know what kind of questions operations you want to do? Is it something along the line of a linter?

Ideally I wish I was able to generate some code using the given syntax model of my code as an input for the generator for example generating a visitor for a specific situation. Also I wish I could do some refactoring using it for example changing the order of parameters of a function or the order of type parameters of a generic.
